The homes are built on half-acre homesites. The company is offering five different layout plans for the homes. Spread over three floors, the homes accommodate a maximum of five bedrooms and up to four and a half baths and a side entry garage for up to three cars.
The first floor of the homes will have a floor-to-ceiling height of nine feet. All homes will have GE appliances with a standard home featuring morning rooms. The buyers will also have options for upgraded flooring.
