The JTE PATT 2013 is a 750W tungsten softlight housed in a sleek spun aluminium body. A modern take on a retro model, it has been designed to look good both on stage and in camera.
Taking inspiration for its appearance from old broadcast equipment, the PATT 2013 was designed around an easily available, reliable modern light source, the 750W HPL lamp. The reflector of the light is parabolic aluminium spinning with the internal surface coated in translucent gold.
JTE drew on its in-house design experience and manufacturing facilities and finished the project within two months.
