The new Tudor Park is being developed on Ashdon Road in Saffron Walden, offering easier access to M11. The project will offer 93 detached and semi-detached properties, which will be a mix of three and four bedroom units.
Inside, the homes will feature spacious interiors and flexible living space. Each unit will have a garage or driveway. Certain key features of the new homes will include en-suite shower rooms, separate studies and bay windows.
In addition to that the development will also include new play area for the younger residents of the community.
