The last few steel trusses have been placed on the new terminal which will eventually be the new passenger waiting area and security check point. This marks an important milestone in the reconstruction project.
Work on the east wing has been commenced. The east wing will house the check-in counter for the airlines and rental cars. TSA security bag screener will be located behind the ticket counters once the project is complete. The airport renovation project is slated for completion by early 2010.
