Located within one block of the Sunnyvale Caltrain station and downtown Sunnyvale amenities, the project involves the development of a new three-storied office space, which will have a total area of 107,000 square feet.
The new office building will feature a steel frame and concrete wall panels. It will be built according to specifications necessary to achieve LEED Gold certification.
The new office building will be the tenth building to be built at the 520,000 square feet business park, located at Mathilda and Evelyn Avenues in Sunnyvale. Lusardi Construction is the general contractor for this project.
