The two-storey, eight module, anti-vandal AVflex site office contains meeting rooms, a canteen, toilets and a drying room on the ground floor. The first floor office area is completely open plan except for a small kitchen area and WC. Wernick’s unique AVflex vandal-resistant modular building system offers a high level of security together with a bespoke internal room layout service for our clients. This 66 week Skaska contract includes Category 2 lighting and two-compartment IT and telephone dado trunking in all office areas.
