The Portland Stone has been expertly treated by Aurora Services to remove grease and traffic film using Remmers HD400 followed by deep cleaning with Remmers LC500, a specially formulated cleaner for limestone.
Any identified repair work to the stone is performed with a colour matched Restoration Mortar and joints are being with the Remmers Joint Mortar.

Following cleaning and repair, the stone will be treated with Funcosil FC, a hand cream consistency waterproofing product which renders the stone impervious to even the hardest driving rain whilst being invisible and yet breathable to respect the buildings dynamics. Heat loss through the stone will be reduced as a result of the waterproofing works, saving energy and heating bills.
