The new facility, with a seating capacity of 6,000, is situated off exit 12 of the Palisades Parkway in Pomona, New York. It features over 4,000 fixed seats, 16 luxury suites as well as 11 loge boxes. There is also a left-field bridge which bears resemblance to the Palisades Parkway.

The new stadium is equipped with a large video board with the capacity to display superior quality pictures. The facility also incorporates bleachers and a seating section similar to Fenway Park in the outfield. Its home dugout will stretch about 150 feet till the shallow right-field. About 50% of the dug-out will be meant for the Boulders while the rest will be for 30 fans a game. The fans will be segregated from the players via a glass partition.

The stadium will be named after Provident Bank which has struck a 10-year deal for $2.75 million for exclusive naming rights of the ballpark.
