The Legacy Collection will be the first new neighbourhood to be built in past four years within the gated village of Covenant Hills in Ladera Ranch in south Orange County. The Legacy Collection will be a set of 28 predominantly single-level luxury homes, which will be located on four streets on the west end of the custom lot neighborhood in Covenant Hills.
The homes will vary in size in the range of approximately 3,041 to 4,159 square feet. The buyers will have an option for an optional second level casita for family or guests, a games room and home entertainment, or a combination of casita-loft-bedroom configuration.
The design of the new homes will be in sync with the existing neighbourhood and will be marked by dramatic architecture. The design of the homes will allow scope for both indoor and outdoor lifestyle.
The homes will have spacious private center or open-side courtyards. The homes will also feature several sophisticated elements and options. There will be ample space between each home. Almost 40% of the homes will be set on elevated single-loaded cul-de-sac, which will offer panoramic views of the San Juan Valley.
The buyers will have option for a variety of interior configurations and multiple private second-storey living spaces. The project is slated to open in late 2012.
