The new RedBuilding is the Pacific Design Center’s final component which includes the 1975-built Blue Building and 1988-built Green Building in West Hollywood.

The design of the RedBuilding has been split into two buildings, which are linked to the Green Building via a sky bridge. Constructed using a smart innovative technology and increased electrical capacity, the property has been designed as a flexible facility to meet progressive tech needs. Offering a purposefully healthier environment for occupants, the facility has been created with ample provision of natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows.

RedBuilding offers 400,000 square feet of luxury Class A office space and parking for nearly 1500 cars. The executive amenities of the facility include an elegantly landscaped Palm Court, which is six storeys above the ground level and private, VIP elevators.

The project was a collaboration of developer and owner Charles S. Cohen, and agency construction manager Jones & Jones. The award will be given on 20 June 2013 at the Pacific Design Center.

AQC’s Q Award is given annually for outstanding contributions toward the attainment of quality construction within the building industry of Southern California.
