The bank opened its doors to public on March 4, 2009 to commemorate the 97th anniversary of the bank.

The redesigned space features many customer enhancements and amenities, says Norman E Beatty, chairman, president and CEO of First Hope. He also adds that customers will now be able to open accounts at the teller line, the office will be staffed with a home loan solution specialist and a registered investment advisor.

The renovation also involved widening of the drive-up lanes and addition of a special lane for trucks and special utility vehicles.

The second phase of the project that involves construction of a two storey, 11,000 square feet operations center to house the bank’s technology staff and equipment, is nearing completion. The building will be occupied by late March.
