The proposed development will be built within the Desert Ridge master-planned community. Sprawling over 13.9 acres on the north-east corner of Deer Valley Drive and 56th Street, the development will offer residents a resort-type lifestyle.
The development consists of 10 buildings, which vary in height between two to four stories, arranged around outdoor gathering spaces and resident-serving amenities. The scheme will offer 370 apartments, which will be an assortment of studios to one- and two-bedrooms homes, which will have an average footage of 914.
The apartments will boast nine-feet ceilings and large windows, which will create a bright and airy environment. The units will be complete with high-end finishes, such as granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryers and private balconies.
The leisure options for the residents will consist of outdoor gathering spaces consisting of a large resort-style pool and patio area with barbecues, and a clubhouse with a business centre and fitness room. The scheme will also offer ample parking for residents as well as guests. The parking include enclosed garages, carports and open lots.
Construction on the scheme is scheduled to begin in September 2012.
