Park Inn Yaroslavl hotel is being developed by Regional Hotel Chain (RHC). RHC and Rezidor have signed a strategic agreement (SDA) in March 2009 to develop at least 20 Park Inn hotels across the Russian Federation. The Park Inn Yaroslavl is the group’s third common hotel, following the Park Inn Kazan and the Park Inn Astrakhan.

Besides 150 guest rooms, the new hotel will comprise an all-day-restaurant, a lobby and lounge, meeting facilities and a fitness room.

Yaroslavl is located on the Volga River, 250 kilometers northeast of Moscow and a key destination on the popular ‘Golden Ring’– the ancient Golden Ring towns played a significant role in the formation of the Russian Orthodox Church and are today open air museums featuring the unique architecture of the XII to XVIII centuries, including kremlins, monasteries, cathedrals and churches. The hotel is situated close to the central railway station, and hence perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Yaroslavl is also a city of scientists and students, and a centre for the engineering, chemical, textile and processing industries.

Park Inn is Rezidor’s young, and innovative mid market brand. Launched in early 2003, the portfolio today features more than 130 hotels with more than 24,000 rooms in operation and under development across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
