Located at the Warsaw financial centre, the Rondo 1 comprises a 40-storey building with two levels of basement. It features office space with car parking, retail and restaurants.
The office tower has been designed with complete transparency, showcasing the life and movement within the building. The complex is illuminated at night, which makes it a prominent structure on Warsaw’s skyline.
The architectural features of the office include spectacular atriums, sky bridges between every floor and 18 panoramic elevators in three external towers. The two buildings are connected by a glazed winter garden which is accessible to the public.
