UK based leading home furnishings and adornments retail chain Rosebys Interiors India Limited (Rosebys) bought by Gujarat Heavy Chemicals Limited (GHCL) will be launching at least 20 stores spread across an area of between 600 square feet and 1,200 square feet in Gujarat in the next 12 months. The company has set aside an investment of INR150 - 200 crore for marketing and promotion of its stores.
The company expects to earn revenue of INR 20-30 crore in Gujarat within a year. We are expecting a revenue of INR 1-1.5 crore per annum per store. In Gujarat, we will be opening up around 20 stores in the next 12 months at an investment of INR 25-35 lakhs per store, said Aloke Banerjee, chief executive officer of Rosebys.
