Housed in the former St. Tropez Hotel, the RUMOR boutique hotel features 10ft glass doors at the entrance. Two, hand-carved, cantera stone Chinese Foo dogs are featured at the entrance.

The lobby of RUMOR has been designed to offer a lounge-like feel. Ivory-hued floors with metallic, crosshatch accents create a unique contrast against the brightly coloured and patterned ceiling. Traditional millwork adorns the white, Victorian-style reception desk. The entire hotel displays a unifying feel through the use of a continuing theme of lavender shades across various areas.

The suites have clean, modern design details and amenities like elevated, in-room, spa-style soaking tubs. Grey-hued walls blend with the lavender accents. Floor-to-ceiling glass patio/balcony doors, Warhol-inspired chandelier art, and modern furniture are some other features of suites.

The hotel has been commissioned by real estate developer the Siegel Group.
