Located at Paseo de la Reforma Avenue in central zone of Mexico City, the 32-storied tower will accommodate approximately 2,500 employees and agents of Seguros Monterrey New York Life’s workforce, across 15-stories of the new tower.

The design of the New York Life Tower roots inspiration to the El Angel de la Independencia, which is the Angel of Independence monument built to commemorate the centennial of the beginning of Mexico’s War of Independence. The tower is 500 feet tall and is sheathed in reflective glass. It utilises the abundant natural light of the setting to create a bright and open working environment.

The New York Life Tower has also achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. The tower is likely to be amongst the tallest buildings in Mexico.
