The hotels are located throughout Arizona, Texas and New Mexico. The Waco hotel has completed a $16.5 million renovation program that involved updating the hotel’s guest rooms with new case and soft goods and other standard amenities. The hotel has also added a larger ballroom and pre-function space for events.

The Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa hotel has completed a $11 million renovation of the entire hotel, and the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas has completed a $10 million renovation program that involved updating the hotel with standard amenities including new air conditioning systems in all the guestrooms. The resort’s public spaces, restaurant, ballrooms, pool area and fitness center also underwent renovations.

The Hilton Tucson East which completed its renovations in 2008 features refurbished guestrooms, renovated 15,000 square feet of meeting space and an updated Vistas’ Bar & Grille. The hotel has also added a private dining room, updated the pool, whirlpool and building exterior.

After renovations, the Phoenix Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliff features 76,500 square feet of meeting and convention space. The new 12,500 square foot conference facility features a meeting space, 18’ ceilings, a sound and light system and kitchen facilities.

Still ongoing is the Hilton Albuquerque’s $14 million renovation program that began in 2008 and is due for completion by mid 2009 . The works has seen two-thirds of its guestroom’s standard amenities upgraded, while the exterior of the hotel received a new roof, paving and landscaping. Additional renovations include installing low-flow toilets and LED light bulbs.

Finally, the Phoenix Pointe Hilton after renovations features a Tocasierra Spa, refreshed casitas, upgraded guest rooms and public areas. These projects are part of an ongoing global initiative by the Hilton brand to upgrade its facilities and guest accommodations.
