The new office design has integrated a lot of green features, materials and technologies. These are intended to create a facility that conserves resources and safeguards the health of its occupants.

Innovative elements have been incorporated in the design, including creating a variety of informal work spaces in clusters, centered around a sun-lit central space.

The company’s 19,000 square feet, phase one headquarter project has made use of local wood products from sustainably managed forests, recycled insulation and workstation materials, toxic fume-free, recycled fiber carpeting, volatile organic compound (VOC)-free paints and sealants, energy-and water-efficient fixtures and natural day lighting, integrated composting and recycling services, to site a few.

Vermont-based William Maclay Architects & Planners, which specializes in green architectural design, led the interior redesign process.
