The project involves transformation of the Holiday Inn hotel at Stamford into a Sheraton. The lobby, restaurant and guestrooms of the previous hotel received a makeover to match up to Sheraton standards.
The 379 guestrooms of the hotel have been revamped and are now equipped with a large work desk, custom-designed ergonomic chair, high-speed Internet, 37′ flat screen TV, MP3 home docking station as well as Sheraton Sweet Sleeper bed in white hues. All the guestrooms of the hotel will provide internet service. Other features of the facelift include creation of 13,000 square feet of advanced special event and corporate meeting area fitted with latest amenities.
The new facility also features an indoor pool as well as an advanced gym comprising Sheraton’s new health and fitness programme, Sheraton Fitness which is programmed by Core Performance. In addition, the new hotel will incorporate a Club Lounge, Link@Sheraton experienced with Microsoft and a Link Café along with a restaurant and lounge named 700 On Main.
