The vessel has been designed by Incat Crowther. It features five large cabins which have a combined capacity to house a maximum of thirteen guests. The yacht also features separate accomodation for its nine crew members. Among other features of Phatsara include spacious entertainment and outdoor areas, and large deck spaces.
The vessel incorporates a FRP Sandwich hull and is built to DnV specifications. It is powered by a pair of Caterpillar engines which help it operate at a cruising speed of 22 knots and a top speed of 25 knots. The super-yacht has a range of 1,500 nautical miles.
