The Puuvilla Shopping Centre will be among the 10 biggest shopping centres in Finland.
The project will sprawl over 43,000 square meters of commercial area. Aiming for LEED Gold certification, it will offer energy with low emissions, and geoenergy for heating and cooling the building.
Construction work will start soon and is planned to be completed during the fall of 2014.
