The new Epworth Crossing will be a 40,000 square feet outpatient centre, which will be located on the Warrick Wellness Trail development, next to the existing Convenient Care East, near Epworth Road and the Lloyd Expressway in Newburgh.
The new Epworth Crossing is expected to house a new and expanded St. Mary’s Breast Center, St. Mary’s Women’s Wellness Center, offices of primary care and specialty physicians, the latest 3T MRI and a medical equipment and retail store.
The project will nearly double the footprint of the Convenient Care East and will bring together various laboratory, digital x-ray and ultrasound spaces. The new facility will also have some buffer space, which will serve as a community space, and will be used for various social demonstrations, such as healthy cooking classes.
The construction on the scheme is expected to be completed by November 2013.
