Located on a peninsula, at a short distance from downtown San Mateo, Arbor Rose will consist of 12 new townhomes and single-family homes. The commuter friendly community is in close proximity to the US-101 and CA-92.
The three-tiered townhomes will vary in size in the range of 945 to 1,575 square feet, while the single-family homes will have a cottage style and will have an area between 1,285 square feet to 1,501 square feet.
