Located at 550 Jian Guo West Road at Wulumuqi Road in Shanghai, Stubb’s is spread over 5,500 square feet. The design of the restaurant has attempted to replicate the image of Texas as perceived by Chinese including, wide open spaces, independence, strength, music and fun. Seating 200 guests, the walls of the restaurant are adorned with red brick and dark wood, creating a warm, rustic feel.
The new restaurant offers options which were previously available at the original, iconic Stubb’s in Austin, Texas. It will serve its special savory, slow-cooked meats, and original recipe sauces imported from the US. In addition to Texas Bar-B-Q, guests can also enjoy different beer, wine and mixed drink selections. Waitresses are available to serve shots right at the table from their “shot glass holsters” to cater to more adventurous patrons.
AmRest HK Limited, an HK Company, has opened the restaurant.
