Located in the Al Jadaf area, Dubai, the new property will be a mixed-use development comprising three hotels, residences, serviced apartments, retail and entertainment facilities.
Comprising 280 rooms and suites, the new 1,600 square metre hotel will be built according to the Emirati architectural characteristics. The new hotel will also feature an all-day dining restaurant, three speciality restaurants with outdoor areas, spa facilities, meeting, conference and ballroom facilities.
The hotel is expected to open by early 2016.
