The project is aimed at making the service more engaging through a digital multimedia ecosystem with video walls, kiosks, and interactive applications.

Italian digital agency Alkemy digital_enabler has developed the concept and content for the project.

The flagship store is divided into various areas related to promotion, special offers, and services with a digital atrium being the central element for entertainment, advertising and promotion.

The store is designed as showcase for Telecom Italia, where the customer is connected through sound, motion, information, and visualisation.

Displays in the store are synchronised at certain times during the day, delivering all of the in-store contents along with Telecom Italia’s current advertising and commercial campaigns.

“The ability to provide the customer with interactive information and spectacular entertaining content creates a unique experience. Real time updates and content distribution are the base of our efficiency effort and of our desire to provide the client with the latest information,” said Grazia Butera, BTL manage, Consumer Communication, Telecom Italia.

The project is managed and coordinated by Italian digital signage designer DOOH.IT while the screens and content are managed remotely by YCD|CMS from DOOH.IT headquarters in Turin.
