The tap is made of solid brass and offers options of two finishes including soft sheen brushed steel and shining chrome. It features a directional spray head. The piece is also fitted with a pressure reducer which reduces water usage by preventing the full force of mains water pressure from being released via the spray. Presence of a Neoperl further reduces water consumption while restricting splash and providing an even flow. Grande flow rate is 3 litres a minute and 0.5 bar is the minimum pressure required for its operation.
Grande possesses a single operating lever which controls its flow and temperature. It also consists of a swivel spout to ensure flexibility in use and can be directed into a second sink. The spout of the tap dons a cylindrical shape and features a pull-out extractable hand spray having a grooved external surface. The directional spray facilitates rinsing, preparation and cleaning and has access even in the remote corners of the sink. Further, the piece can serve as a normal tap after its spray head is retracted into the spout.
The chrome finished version costs £310 ($478.99) whereas the brushed steel finish model comes at a price of £370 ($571.69).
