More than 300 fire and acoustic steel doorsets will be installed throughout The Place, which is being developed by Sellar Property Group in association with LBQ Ltd. When complete, The 17-storey building will provide 428,000 square feet net of prime office space at London Bridge. The building also has direct access to London Bridge Quarter’s new piazza and unrivalled connections at London Bridge Station.
Working closely with joinery contractor Ruddy Joinery Ltd, ASSA ABLOY Security Doors’ bespoke doorsets will address fire safety, successfully certified to BS 476 part 22, providing the necessary level of fire protection under British and European standards. Balanced with access and acoustic control, the doorsets will also contribute to a safe and efficient 21st Century build.
