BW: Workplace Experts has been appointed to deliver One Leadenhall, a 32,000ft² office fit-out in the City of London for The Work Project, a Singapore-based workspace provider.

The project, designed by Farago Han Studio from Sydney, will occupy levels 22-23 of One Leadenhall and is scheduled for completion over 22 weeks. BW: Workplace Experts will manage all aspects of the fit-out, which will include stone and timber finishes in the reception and shared spaces, 116 eco Artus Air air conditioning units, and over 4,000 plasterboard panels.

To facilitate coordination across different time zones, BW: Workplace Experts will implement virtual site walkthroughs and digital collaboration tools to ensure stakeholders remain informed in real-time.

Junny Lee, founder and CEO of The Work Project, stated: ‘BW: Workplace Experts is the ideal partner to deliver One Leadenhall, our debut UK site. The team’s deep understanding of high-performance workspaces and collaborative approach were central to our decision to appoint them for the fit-out transformation, and to seamlessly translate our premium, modern coworking concept into London’s dynamic workplace sector.’

Peter Nagle, managing director at BW: Workplace Experts, said: ‘One Leadenhall is an exciting new coworking office development in the heart of London’s financial district, that builds on BW: Workplace Experts’ strong track record of delivering complex high-rise premium commercial office spaces.

‘Led by our project director Phil Prothero, we are proud to be working as part of a truly global team to bring The Work Project’s concept for beautifully crafted modern spaces, made flexible and modular to maximise efficiency, for the first time to the UK – adding to the landscape of future fit offices and workspaces for businesses in London.’

The TWP UK flagship One Leadenhall coworking office is set to open in December 2025.
