Taking inspiration from the creations of Dutch industrial designer W.H. Gispen, the GT 901 TS chair has been created with the combination of advanced production techniques with contemporary and eloquent design.
Made of CNC milled plywood and an injection molded shell that seems to be cut through horizontally, the GT 901 TS chair exhibits a clean and sophisticated look in its appearance. Lasercut bent steel frames and chamfered plywood have been used as leitmotif to make the chair.
Reflecting the innovative functionalism and the design classics of W.H. Gispen, the GT 901 TS chair received a recognition for Good Industrial Design (GIO 2012) during the Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven.
