The project has been dubbed as Hojdpunkten, and will be a 22-storey residential building, which will be situated in the district of Narlunda. Standing at a height of 66 metres, Hojdpunkten will offer 121 residential units.

The development comprises 102 two and three room apartments and 19 residential units and will be marketed as student accommodation, which will be located in their own annex. The project also involves construction of a sub-cellar parking garage. The ground level space of the building will accommodate space for three retail units and a health clinic. The project is scheduled for a wrap-up in early 2014.

Construction of the building will be undertaken using prefabricated concrete structure. In addition, measures will be taken during construction that the building meets the requirements of a tight and energy friendly building.
