The London headquarters span 10,000 square feet and is located at 155 Fenchurch St. It incorporates a reception, three board rooms, communications room, office and open plan space.
Working from a shell and core, through the complete fit-out to client handover; Vertex was responsible for the entire project and direct installation for all aspects of the infill. This spanned interior design, power and data, low energy lighting, multi-media facilities, air conditioning and fire and security systems.
Vertex Services Group Ltd was established in 2005 to operate in London and the South East, to provide building services and FM expertise.
