The new Vivanta by Taj houses 327 rooms and suites. The hotel also features an 18,000 square feet banquet and convention hall, three restaurants and a spacious parking space that can accommodate 400 cars.
The hotel will have different kind of suites- Deluxe Allure, Premium Temptation and Presidential Nirvana. The Deluxe Allure Suites of the hotel will feature two LED TVs paired with sound-bars and DVD player. The suites will feature latest technology. The Premium Temptation Suites will be located on the highest floors of the hotel giving the guest a wondrous view of Bangalore. These suites will have large living areas along with a bed room. The Presidential Nirvana suite, on the 11th floor of the hotel, sprawls over an area of 1829 square feet. The suite comprises three bedrooms, a dining area, bathrooms and a kitchenette.
The lobby of the hotel will have a garden courtyard, which will be placed between banquet hall and the restaurants of the hotel. The hotel will have three restaurant (Paranda, Palette and Azure) and one upscale bar- Shimmer. Additional amenities include the Jiva Spa, Jagr, or Awaken Spa, a round the clock fitness center and a swimming pool.
The hotel will be developed in a way that it truly reflects the garden theme of Bangalore. The interiors of the hotel will widely incorporate visual representations that depicts nature. The featured walls will feature cut-pot trees and the furnishings, ceilings and screens will bear floral patterns. The color scheme will reflect the natural scenery.
