The new lighting uses LEDs as well as Organic LEDs. The collection features six luminaire panels with each one providing an ultra-slim profile of 4.5 mm. The panels also comprise OEDs with colour-tunable RGB, or colour-tunable White with colour temperatures ranging from 2700K to 6500K that can be controlled to one’s requirements through a DMX Controller.
The OLEDs generating over 300 lumens at 12 watts and diffusing ambient illumination are claimed as glare-free. The OLEDs’ Color Rendering Index is 80 at 3000K.
The collection comprises eight faceted crystal brackets illuminated by low power LEDs. A functional LED downlight claims to deliver a symmetrical beam generating 550 lumens at 12 watts.
The luminaire runs low on energy consumption along with incorporating various other green features. It is individually crafted in WAC Lighting’s clean manufacturing campus featuring zero landfill status and in-house UL Labs. The collection donning a clean, white colour produces an average directional illuminance of 40 footcandles at a horizontal surface, six feet below the fixture.
