Sprawling over a 40-acres site, the Rampart Corporate Center is located at West Little York Road and Holliston Road in the centre of Northwest Industrial submarket of Hosuton. Designed by Powers Brown Architecture, the park will consist of three buildings, which will together offer 562,000 square feet of space.
First building, Building 100 is a 131,000 square feet facility that is currently under construction. It will be a rear-load building and will feature 35 dock-high doors, two oversized doors with grade level ramps and a parking garage for about 84 vehicles. It is expected to complete by October 2012. Construction is being undertaken by Angler Construction LLC.
The second building will be a cross-dock facility, while the third will be a front-load facility.
