The facility will house a total of 172 rooms including premium guest rooms, executive suites, as well as a Presidential Suite. The rooms will be equipped with the Heavenly bed. The hotel will also feature the Westin Heavenly Spa comprising six treatment rooms and an outdoor space for relaxation.
The building will incorporate a large meeting space with a capacity to accommodate 400 guests. The area will sport three ballrooms, a conference centre and board rooms in addition to a business centre. There will be a lobby café named The Lounge. Among the other elements of the facility are an all-day dining restaurant Fairways, a Moroccan restaurant known as Agadir, The Retreat bar, Shades poolside restaurant and bar, and a cocktail lounge named Lemon & Lime. Neutral shades, water features, along with stone and wood materials are the predominant characteristics of the facility.
