The project is located adjacent to a Cisco Campus in Milpitas and has been designed by Dahlin Group Architecture Planning. It comprises of two kinds of neighborhoods, called The Rows and The Courts.
The company is offering 14 different floor plans to suit home buyers. The homes consist of one, two and three-storey units. The design of the homes attempts to strike a balance between smart planning and contemporary style.
The layout of The Row neighbourhood consists of four homes on the corner of each building, which provides more windows for natural lighting. It has seven homes which vary in sizes between 1198 to 1788 square feet. The homes also have a maximum of three bedrooms and up to three and a half bathrooms and a den.
The Court neighbourhood is a cluster of seven town-homes. The homes range from approximately 1218 to 1972 square feet, and have up to four bedrooms plus a den and up to 3.5 bathrooms.
The kitchens of both the neighbourhoods will have stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The cabinetry of the homes will be of European shaker style, while the bathrooms will have square edge white matte cultured marble countertops and contemporary plumbing fixtures.
The amenities at Coyote Creek include a private recreation centre with a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, multi-purpose hall with a modern kitchen for special events, outdoor fire pit, barbecues, and an exterior covered lounge and Wi-Fi throughout the entire area. The property also has a pet spa.
