The Branches project will offer a total of 48 new homes, which will be double-storied, single family homes. The area of the new homes will vary between 2,209 and 2,557 square feet.
Each home will have three to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three baths and a garage to accommodate two cars. Externally, the homes will boast Early Californian and Traditional architectural themes.

The Branches at the Village of Woodbridge will open to the prospective home buyers on 9 March 2013.
