Currently a residential-cum-gallery, the design of the loft hints of its industrial origins. The designer has retained the time-worn beautiful concrete ceilings of the factory and incorporated it into the new house.
Tozer has interplayed with white walls and panelled walls to divide the space and laid the floor with wooden flooring, which strike a pleasant contrast with concrete ceiling. The walls have been adorned with modern art-work. The loft has an open floor plan and includes feature wide windows at all corners of the apartment, which allows infiltration of natural light, creating bright interiors.
The space also features built-in furniture, an en-suite bathroom, and pocket doors, which add to the expansiveness of the loft.
