Enjoying proximity to L.A. Live, the Staples Center and the LA Metro Red Line, the new development will be located in the South Park district at 801 S. Hope St. and will allow residents to benefit from mass modes of transportation. The project involves construction of a 22-storey, all-glass tower, which will offer 290 residential units.
Sprawling over 0.7acres site, the project will consist of one-and two-bedroom units, which will be built on the line of company’s popular floor plans of existing high rise multifamily residential communities across the US. Each home will incorporate an expansive balcony and high-end interior finishes.
The highlights of the development includes an approximately 10,000 square feet elevated pool deck complete with well appointed clubroom, which will be made of retractable glass walls that lead out to the oversized pool, outdoor social/dining area, spa, fire pit and garden retreat.
Other amenities for the residents will consist of a roof top deck overlooking the cityscape of Los Angeles. The project also involves six levels of parking, with two-floors of cellar parking. The street level of the building will offer 5,000 square feet of retail space. The company plans to break ground on the scheme in September 2012.
