Sprawling over 9.69 acres of land, the new 264-unit multi-family community features 4 four storied midrise buildings and 2 two storied carriage home buildings. The homes in the Alta at Lake Eve feature nine-foot ceilings, brushed nickel track and pendant lighting. Apart from that the home units in the multi-family community features ceramic tile in the bathrooms and large soaking garden tubs.
Including executive suites, the apartments feature various types of model homes like 656 square feet one-bedroom models, 1,132 to 1,200 square feet two-bedroom, two-bath models, and 1,476 square feet three-bedroom, two-bath models. Patios, balconies and sunrooms are also available with garages.
In order to provide leisure elements to the home owners, the scheme features a two storied clubroom including a conference room, executive business center, coffee lounge, reading room, billiards room, game room, and a movie theater. It will also have a well-equipped fitness centre as well as a pet-grooming room.
In addition to that the new residential community includes an array of amenities like the provision for surface parking, elevators and concierge services. All appliances are Energy Star rated and the scheme has used low-energy fluorescent lightnings. The leasing office is paperless, and the project has made extensive use of recycled materials.
The residential project is Wood Partners’ 11th project in Orlando, which is expected to be completed in April 2013.
