Designed as a modernised version of the traditional rocking chair, the iPad Rocking Chair has been hand-crafted out of finest Swedish oak.
The chair looks like a traditional rocking chair with the iPad built in the right armrest. The design is special as it adds a generator that transforms movement to power. The chair is equipped with an iPad stand and a set of built-in speakers in the back rest. Recharging of the iPad is achieved through the rocking movement of the user. Rocking for an hour will recharge the iRock to 35% of the battery capacity.
Meticulously hand-made in Pine wood, the chair is painted in five layers to give it an elegant, shiny white look. Weighing 18kgs, the iRock is expected to retail at $1,300.
