The building encompasses 83 residential units, including a two-storey duplex penthouse, four townhouses, eight full floor residences and 70 half floor units. Views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach will be on offer and is said to have already won the likes of celebrities like Will Smith.

If that’s not luxury enough for you, just have a peek at its exterior, which is probably the most prominent element of the tower. Thousands of pieces of lightweight concrete reinforced with glass fibre make up the stunning surface of the building, a classic concept from Zaha Hadid's signature designs.

The new masterpiece has been attracting the attention of Miami residents and has even been offered a part in a new PBS documentary, Impossible Builds.
