Our Second Decade

Throughout our second decade in business, the company developed seating designs for the co-working office market, including agile office seating, bespoke collaboration spaces for meetings or simply somewhere to escape while working away from the desk. Julio Soft Seating Range – s380

Julio is a soft seating range from mrf which comprises of free standing and modular upholstered elements. Specifically designed for the office, hospitality, leisure and contract markets, Julio has a crisp geometric aesthetic which is emphasized by its chamfered arm detail. Available in a choice of high-back and low-back, Julio can be organised into a variety of configurations and installations.

Habana Tables – t260

Habana t260 are a versatile range of low tables specifically designed to complement a number of mrf seating designs which have a rod base frame. Including the s250 modal, c200 sloop, c360 jack, s380 julio, s390 cubic and c260 haban.

Modal Chair & Armchair – s250

The s250 modal rod is an upholstered chair available with or without arms. The armchair version is a new addition to the s250 modal range and features low sides on a slender polished chrome rod frame or alternatively with a four prong swivel base. An additional version, the s250 modal retro has button detailing on the back cushion and is also available with either a slender polished chrome rod frame base or four prong swivel base.

Sloop Chair – c200

An extensive range of seating taking a playful look at angles and counterpoints with presence and understated simplicity.

Jack Seating System – c360

c360 Jack seating system is ideally suited to hotel and office environments. Its curved modular units are the perfect solution where space maybe an issue, fitting neatly into areas otherwise deemed unusable such as internal corners. The c360 Jack modular seating system is also available with arm units and rod skid frame base.

Cubic Modular Sofa – s390

s390 cubic is a modular sofa aptly named due to its geometric shape. Its flexible design makes it ideal for a variety of interiors including break-out spaces, corporate receptions as well as café-bar seating areas.

Imp Upholstered Tub Armchair – s050

s050 imp is an upholstered tub armchair with a two tone seat and back. It’s tub shaped back encases the body creating a feel of snugness and outstanding comfort.

Dune Upholstered Low Chair – s270

s270 dune is a sumptuous upholstered low chair with an optional loose back cushion.

Habana Seating Collection – c260

c260 habana is an extensive collection of seating with a simple aesthetic, comprising of lounge and dining chairs, and high stool.

Pont Modular Sofa – s150

s150 pont modular sofa collection is fully upholstered and comes complete with loose cushioning. These stylish modern sofas with their geometric lines sit on a slender steel base frame which enhances the sofas clean, simplistic design.

Curve Seating Range – s220

Curve s220 is an exciting seating range that delivers functionality with outstanding comfort. Its innovative design and striking colours create a commanding aesthetic that enhances its surrounding environment.

Flare Sofa – s230

s230 Flare is a versatile fully upholstered sofa design aptly named due to its flared arms and back.

Jacob Armchair – c230

mrfs c230 jacob is an exciting retro-style upholstered armchair designed for use in restaurant and bar environments.

wingback – s410

The s410 wingback chair is a distinctive 2-seater sofa set on a bright chrome rod frame taking its styling from the traditional high back settle and the grandeur of Victorian railway hotels; ideal for corporate receptions and public waiting areas.

Julio Rooms – s380

New upholstered “rooms” for offices are currently under development with a launch date of summer 2015 along with a timber leg option for hotel environments.

Chevron – s450

The s450 chevron is a fully upholstered seating range comprising linear and radial benches, a high stool and a chair. Benches are available either without a back or with a low-back or high-back.

Chevron Touch-Down High Tables – s450

The addition of modular high tables with acoustic privacy screens to the s450 chevron seating range with high stools and high ‘perch’ benches meets the current trend for multipurpose high-level seating designed for impromptu ‘touchdown’ areas, informal spaces for meeting, relaxing, socializing and eating while at work.

Alfie – s480

The s480 alfie bench is a freestanding, soft-seating range comprising single, double and triple seat units with various backrest options.

Designed in-house, the s490 tor soft seating range offers various seating configurations with single, double and triple seat units to form returns and linear runs. The signature visual detail of the design is the tapered outside back and sides, along with a pulled button backrest, which creates a minimal, yet elegant, aesthetic.
