Based in Rheinau, SW Germany, the Brunner family business specialises in the production of office & contract furniture solutions for the for the workplace, education, healthcare & hospitality sectors. Established in 1976, Brunner currently employs over 300 people and operates a 40,000m2 single production facility in Rheinau.

As part of a long term plan to expand UK operations, Brunner UK recently moved into a stunning new London showroom situated between Rosebery Avenue and Exmouth Market in the heart of London’s design district.

Designed by McDowell + Benedetti, the 8,000 square feet classic industrial building (circa 1890) has been stripped back to reveal original key features of its industrial heritage that now forms a theatrical backdrop to showcase current and future designs from Jehs + Laub, Archivolto, Martin Ballendat, Wolfgang C R Mezger and other reputable international designer’s.

DUE chair

The DUE chair has encapsulated the mixture of plastic and timber harmoniously – with both materials complementing one another with the help of pastel shades and beech stain options. With and without arms and a complementary central column timber table, DUE is a happy restaurant chair, very solid in construction it might make your lunch hour run a little long.

Launched in 2011, the FINA collection has been a welcomed addition to the Brunner portfolio.

Brunner are known for being one of the leading multipurpose chair manufacturers in Germany, and with the launch of the A-Chair it is taken to the next level. Exclusively designed by the Jehs+Laub who are known for architectural shapes and beautiful design they have managed to bring style and substance to this product.

FINA WOOD Chair

It was only a matter of time before the FINA Quilt shell was to be used in the ‘Wood’ collection. The only brief - ‘to design a frame as beautiful as the shell’…and so the FINA Wood was born.

FINA LOUNGE Chair

Ideally suited for reception and break out scenarios, the lounge chair is a shortened, widened version of the Fina Soft – with the trademark 4-star polished aluminium base and generous seat pad that is inviting and comfortable.
