The ACO Mobile Grease Management System, manufactured from medium density polyethylene is a cost effective, compact, free standing unit that fits discretely into any kitchen. Supplied complete with universal waste pipe connectors for 40mm or 50mm waste pipes, the trap is easy to install for either single sink or dishwasher applications.
Depending on the user preference, the ACO Mobile flexible design can be used either as a gravity separator that works on natural flotation to separate fats, oils or grease from the wastewater or with a natural biological enzyme activator to break down fats and grease for disposal into the drain.
In gravity separator mode, floating fats, oils and grease are simply skimmed off periodically into an airtight container for disposal. Operating with enzyme activator, the mains operated programmable pump supplied with the system injects the requisite enzyme dosage on a daily basis in an environmentally friendly manner to maintain free-running drains. The enzyme activator pack includes 5 litres of ACO Clear activator and dosing pump for immediate use.
Accessories to enhance either system operation include a stainless steel sediment basket to collect food solid residues, waste pipe inlet/outlet isolation valves. 5 or 20 litres containers of ACO Clear activator are available for enzyme operation.
