Pedrali furnishes Silene Bar & Restaurant at Sheraton Milan San Siro

Sheraton Milan San Siro is a luxurious and welcoming building close to the city centre of Milan hosting the Silene Bar & Restaurant. Featuring a wide common table surrounded by many tables, the Silene Bar & Restaurant was conceived to encourage meeting and sharing, while offering a variety of menu choices throughout the day, from breakfast to lunch on the go, from aperitif to informal dinner.

The setting is bright and versatile, characterized by a play of lights and design in which textures and colours take turns. The result is a calm and harmonious place bathed in natural light and defined by a colour palette reflecting the surrounding nature. Grey and golden touches blend with clean lines and wefts of character defining this relaxing and yet functional environment. A place where design and the welcoming atmosphere come together giving life to an open and cooperative place, perfect for working, meeting or for taking shelter from the hustle of the city.

Pedrali furniture assures maximum adaptability in contract contexts and harmoniously fits into the concept of the restaurant. Armchairs and barstools from Jazz collection, characterized by harmony of shapes, ergonomics and elegance; upholstered Vic armchairs, designed by Patrick Norguet, enveloping and elegant in their simplicity; and Babila armchairs designed by Odo Fioravanti, here proposed in the soft version for more comfort. The velvet upholstery of the seatings, in blue, violet and green, add a sophisticated style while making the environment comfortable and friendly.
Nemea armchairs by CMP Design, a collection of ash veneered plywood seatings the shape of which recalls the idea of a classic gracefulness molded by time and history, and Inox tables complete the setting.

In summertime, the garden-terrace becomes setting of outdoor aperitifs and lunches nestled in a quiet urban oasis. Lunar tables, by Pio and Tito Toso and Island armchairs by Claudio Dondoli and Marco Pocci decorate this area.

JAZZ
Design Pedrali R&D
Harmony of shapes, elegance and ergonomics are the main features of Jazz armchair and barstool. A cosy seat, a curved and embracing backrest, supported by a thin steel frame, guarantee a great balance of proportions and profiles. Seat and backrest are separated by an opening that makes the collection functional and gives lightness. A high level of customization is possible thanks the combinations of the upholstery, in fabric or leather, and the different finishes of the steel. Barstool height 750mm.

Materials: steel tube frame Ø16mm. Padding in polyurethane foam
Finishes: upholstery in fabric or leather. Steel powder coated, titanium, antique brass, satin nickel, satin bronze.

VIC
Design Patrick Norguet
Following a review of classic shapes, a comfortable and simply elegant collection of upholstered seating arises. The back lifts up from the seat while remaining tied only at the ends. The resulting opening provides the seating with lightness and eases its handling. The legs in solid ash wood or steel tube are perfectly jointed thanks to a carter under the seat. The seat and the backrest can be upholstered in leather or fabric, even in contrast, to offer the greatest customization. The collection includes chair, armchair and stools in two heights.

Materials: seat and backrest in polyurethane foam, with elastic belts in the seat. Solid ash wood or steel tube legs.
Finishes: seat and backrest upholstered in leather, simil leather or fabric. Bleached ash wood, ash wood stained light walnut, or ash wood lacquered light grey or black. Powder coated, satinized, brushed bronze, antique brass or titanium steel.

BABILA
Design Odo Fioravanti
Babila collection is able to move along tradition and innovation with great agility. The strength of this collection is its simplicity and directness, to recall a timeless shape.

The chair is characterized by a shell made of plywood with variable thickness, technopolymer or upholstered in fabric or simil leather and it is available with legs in solid ash wood, steel tube or with steel rod sled frame. The armchair has a polypropylene shell, that may be upholstered in fabric or simil leather, it is combined with legs in solid ash wood, steel tube, with steel rod sled frame or central base.

The Babila ash wood barstool has an extreme lightweight look: the die-casted aluminium footrest is perfectly jointed to the legs without the addition of support parts and an element in die-cast aluminium guarantees the support for the feet. Another version of Babila barstool, provided with backrest, features a shell with a curved silhouette characterized by a cut in the backrest which is available in polypropylene or upholstered in fabric or simil-leather. This barstool may be combined with tapered legs in ash joined together by a die-cast aluminium ring that acts as footrest, or with steel rod sled frame.
Babila Comfort completes the collection combining a large upholstered shell, featured by soft lines and reclined backrest, with different types of frame: four ash wood legs, steel tube sled frame and aluminium swivel base with return mechanism. The armrest is defined by a moulding that runs along the profile of the armchair.

In 2020 Babila XL adds a new furniture element to the collection. An armchair with a polypropylene shell that stands out for the large dimensions of its seat and armrests with a padded removable lining.

NEMEA
CMP Design
Nemea is a collection of classically-shaped seatings, whose visible, light structural elements seem to be smoothed by time, like findings from the Ancient Greece. The chair seems to extend into an athletic pose, with its sinuous legs in solid ash grafted to the die-casted aluminium frame placed under the plywood seat. The embracing, comfortable backs crown the seat distinguishing the stackable chair from the version with arms that can be leant on the table.
Also available with padded and upholstered seat in fabric or leather.

Finishes: bleached ashwood, ruby red, cognac and black colour stained.
