Located in proximity to Dubai International Airport, Dubai Conference and Exhibition Centre, Sheikh Zayed Road and many of Dubai’s well-known landmarks, the low rise 184-room hotel building comprises five levels and houses three food and beverage concepts, recreation facilities, business center and meeting facilities.
International Design Group created the contemporary styled interior design. All 184 rooms and suites feature wall-mounted, LCD TV with a host of satellite channels, work desk with broadband Internet access points, IDD telephone with voice mail, hairdryer, mini-bar, tea/coffee making facilities, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, full length mirror, and 24 hour in-room dining. The hotel has 80 interconnecting rooms for larger families.
The restaurant design features a neutral color palette with natural lighting. The hotel features the Liquid Lounge bar; specialty restaurant Kebab Connection; medium sized meeting room located on the lobby level, which can be easily divided into two separate smaller rooms for more intimate gatherings. Featuring a contemporary design, the meeting room has a palette of uplifting colors. The room features the latest in technology and is equipped with a modern glass whiteboard with concealed projection screen as well as wireless Internet access.
The business center is located on the lobby level of the hotel, providing office support services and a meeting room. The business center is well equipped with personal computer workstations, printers and scanners. In addition, broadband Internet/email access, photocopying, FAX, courier service, and translations are also available. The recreation facilities of the hotel include a gym, rooftop swimming pool, and steam room facilities.
