stoneCIRCLE has been fabricating and installing stone for commercial and residential projects for more than 50 years, both as a sub-contractor to the major stone contracting companies and directly to the client, via specification by architects and designers. The company is one of the largest stonemasonry companies in England. Their factory is in Basingstoke, handy for London where they operate an installation team to work on projects within central London.
Services
The company’s work encompasses retail where they are involved in various phases of the Harrods’ refurbishment as well as other flagship stores; hotels – they install stone to public areas, swimming pools, spas, suites and guest bathrooms working on the Mandrake, Jumeirah Carlton Tower, and Montcalm among others; commercial – they worked on the award winning Library and Study Centre at St. John’s College, Oxford; and residential for some of the most prestigious developers, and private clients. They also often work on public art and monuments – taking the artist’s creation and producing it in stone under their instruction.
All work is bespoke: produced to the client’s specification in the stone of their choice, with technical advice available to assist in making sure that the stone chosen is appropriate for the intended use, be that interior or exterior.
Materials
Natural Stone
stoneCIRCLE is able to source and supply hundreds of types of natural stone from around the world such as limestones, marbles, granites, travertine and onyx. Where necessary, the precise slab or block from which the product will be manufactured can be chosen to ensure that the veining is as desired.
Quartz & Sintered Stone
The company is an approved fabricator for all major brands of quartz and sintered stone, including Silestone, Caesarstone, Dekton, Neolith and Lapitec. These composite stones are more regular in appearance than natural stone, and are used where uniformity is desired.
